We received a letter from our homeowners insurance carrier giving us less than a month to replace or repair our roof or lose our homeowners insurance. We contacted Rodger That Home Improvements, LLC for roof inspection. Our roof was worse than we thought, but not as bad as the insurance company made it out to be. After hearing our 2 options, reviewing GAF Systems Plus, the 50 year warranty, all our questions answered and knowing that Rodger That Home Improvements, LLC is a Certified Roofing Contractor we chose to install a new GAF Timberline HDZ, Biscayne Blue Roof.

Owen is a great guy to deal with and is very proactive. He has great integrity and really cares that his customers are looked after and kept informed. His attention to detail and the look of the finished product makes him standout above all others. The roofing team worked hard to a high quality standard, took great care to not destroy shrubs and meticulously cleaned/tidied up the site after completion. Very highly recommend.

Owen is awesome! He identified that I had enough wind damage to my roof to file an insurance claim, whereas previous roofers had simply made repairs to the damage. When an insurance adjustor claimed the damage wasn't extensive, Owen pushed back (I didn't have to do anything myself with the insurance company, he did the work) and I ended up having the entire roof covered. The work was then done quickly and with great care. An absolute professional, great communication, and quality work. 100% positive experience and highly recommended.
